Re: Walt L. Nelson (Manila) | Passed Away
Wow! What a shocker! Walt was one of, if not the first 4D programmer that I became acquainted with when I first began working with 4D in 1989 or 1990. Walt impressed me because his approach to development and the community was so very different than anyone I met then or since. I always felt that Walt had an almost "religious" connection to what he did as a developer.
Does anyone know how old Walt was? Man I sit in disbelief tonight.

Sorry to hear about this. Walt has been with us since the beginning. I never
met him but his sense of humour and generosity always came through on his
messages. He will be greatly missed.
