On Windows Vista, 4D License files are located by default at:

C:\ProgramData\4D\Licenses

If you get to C:\ and cannot see the 'ProgramData' folder, you need to 'Show Hidden Files and Folders' This is located in any Windows Explorer window. with Windows Vista, you may need to press the 'Alt' key in order to show the appropriate menu bar. Once it is displayed goto the Tools Menu -> Folder Options -> View Tab -> Show Hidden Files and Folders radio button.

It is possible that the license files may not be located at the default location. However, in all cases you can check the location of your license files within 4D. For more information, please see:
