If you're having trouble connecting to a 4D Server and the servers are not appearing in the Available tab, start by following the steps outlined in the Tech tip: Server Not Listed in Available Servers.

If these steps don't resolve the issue, verify the network layer being used in the application. The Legacy network layer may also be responsible for this problem. In that case, switch the network layer and try again.
