Tech Tip: Using the SHIFT key to reset the window bounds
PRODUCT: 4D | VERSION: 16 | PLATFORM: Mac & Win
Published On: August 3, 2018
Holding the SHIFT key down on the keyboard while opening a window in 4D - such as the Explorer, Toolbox, Method Editor, or Debugger - will reset the window bounds associated with that Window. This can be useful if the window is encountering a display error.
This achieves the same effect as deleting the associated Window Bounds file.
